Base fee:
  • Two people must register together to occupy the whole room. Price per person accommodations in a Hotel Suite with attached bathroom.
  • One adult accommodations in a Hotel Suite with attached bathroom
  • Child 5 - 12 staying in the room with parents or in dormitory style accommodation . Please let the organizers know in advance about accommodation preference.
  • Dormitory style accommodations. Linens not provided, bring your own.
  • Dormitory style accommodations, no linens or towel provided, bring your own
  • Free for WTs from New York Sector only. Other Sector WTs contact our office. (WT Free Quota filled up)

There is a limited number of private rooms with a choice of shared bathrooms or private bathrooms and Hotel Suite accommodations with attached bathroom. Register immediately if you need single or double occupancy. First come first serve.

Special Rates: Bring a first-time retreat attendee for a minimum of four nights and get a 10% discount (regular rates apply to guests).

Airport Transportation Request: Fill out this online form if you need a ride to or from Los Angeles Airport (LAX) to the retreat. You may also fly to Burbank Airport.

Refund Policy: No refunds after December 15. After Nov 1st and before Dec 15 only credit for future retreats minus a 15% fee.
