This weekend retreat is for those interested to go deeper into their meditation practice.
The program starts on Friday with a Dharmacakra (Collective meditation) at 6:00 PM followed by dinner at 7:30 PM and in the evening an introduction to the program from 8:30 PM.
The Saturday program starts with the 5:00 AM meditation and will feature long hours of sadhana (silent meditation), kiirtan, and classes about the practices. The participants will practice silence all Saturday and Sunday until lunch except for the time of classes when they can ask questions and participate on discussions.
On Sunday the program will be the same as Saturday but will end after lunch.

4:30 AM - wake up
5:00 AM - Paincajanya (morning meditation)
5:30 - 7:30 - Kiirtan and Meditation
7:30 - 8:00 - Asanas
8:00 - 8:30 - Spiritual reading, Kaoshikii and Tandava
8:30 - 9:30 - Breakfast and preparation for class
10:00 - 11:30 - Class 1 - "Our Morning Practices"
11:30 - 12:00 - Free time, walk
12:00 - 1:00 - Kiirtan and Meditation
1:00 - 2:00 - Lunch
3:00 - 4:30 - Class 2 - "Our Whole Day Practices"
4:30 - 5:00 - Walk, free time
5:00 - 5:30 - Asanas
5:30 - 7:30 - Kiirtan and Meditation
7:30 - 8:30 - Dinner and prepare for evening program
8:30 - 9:30 - Evening Program
9:45 - 10:30 - Avartha Kiirtan and Meditation
Weather: the Master Unit is located at the foot of the Catskills and the temperature can be cold during this time of the year. Dress for cold and the possibility of snow.
What to bring: Bring warm clothes. The house is well heated. Bring your own meditation and yoga mats. Bring your own blankets and your own linens. Pillow
Accommodations: there are rooms with two beds and rooms with bunk beds. Please book as soon as possible if you want to choose the accommodations.
